How do you package vinyl records for shipping?

We take great pride in our shipping process. All vinyl is shipped in heavy-duty, reinforced mailers with extra padding to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.

What is the difference between the Tone Poet and Classic Vinyl series?

The Tone Poet series features all-analog, mastered-from-tape transfers in deluxe gatefold packaging, while the Classic Vinyl series offers high-quality, standard pressings at a more accessible price point.

When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-order items are scheduled to ship on or around their official release date. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire shipment will be held until all items are available.

What is your return policy for damaged items?

If your record arrives warped or with significant surface noise, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund.
